Are You Getting All You Can From Adobe’s Cloud?
Adobe Instructor Gilbert Presents Year’s First Education Series Event
Online registration is open at mmpa.net for MMPA’s first Education Series Event of 2015, featuring local Adobe wizard, Kieth Gilbert. An Adobe Certified instructor, Gilbert reveals tools and techniques you can start using immediately to make creating stunning designs easier in his presentation entitled "Creative Cloud Paradise!"
The event will take place Wednesday, March 11, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the new MMPA office: 5353 Wayzata Boulevard, Suite 350 in St Louis Park. The event is free to MMPA members or employees of MMPA-member companies and $49 for nonmembers.
According to Gilbert, Adobe’s Creative Cloud promises “all the tools and assets you need to create amazing work.” But he wonders whether you currently use these powerful tools to their full potential. Gilbert will demonstrate important tools and powerful techniques that free you be more creative, iterate more quickly, and produce completed files efficiently.
Some of the techniques you will learn include:
- How to organize, share, and collaborate with Bridge, cross-application libraries, snippets, and file syncing
- How to use Adobe’s mobile “touch apps” to capture inspiration wherever and whenever it strikes you
- How an RGB workflow can benefit you, even for print
- How to make InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator work together efficiently
- How to keep up with the continuum of changes and updates to Creative Cloud
