Excellence Awards Edition

Crowning an evening where nine magazines won their first award and EXHIBITOR magazine was named 2011 Magazine of the Year, the MMPA Excellence Awards did not disappoint.

"The event was a spectacular success," said 2011 MMPA President Kathryn Forss, "The energy in the room was fantastic, and Jason did a great job. Our members really let loose and celebrated the year's successes!"

Hundreds of professionals from Minnesota’s vital magazine publishing community took advantage of Mintahoe’s hospitality expertise, which manifested in creative smash-tini potato creations and numerous other culinary surprises. Emcee Jason Matheson of Fox 9 News and mytalk 107.1, kept the presentation moving with his high-energy delivery and quirky humor. And awards were presented in 82 categories to 68 different publications.
